Pricing

Our pricing structure is simple - we charge $100 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments, with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Most service calls take 1 to 2 hours to complete.

For more extensive pc repairs, we typically pick up your computer, perform the necessary services at our shop, and return the computer to you. We find our clients prefer this to having a technician at their location for a prolonged time. Pickup-and-return repairs start at $160.

Warranty

Our service warranty is 30 days. This does not apply to malware removal services. We offer a 2-year labor warranty on all custom-built machines. Computer parts are warranted by their specific manufacturer, which typically range between 1 to 3 years.
